Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies

Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-Free, Egg-free, No refined sugars

These cookies are an easy recipe made with only 6 clean, whole food ingredients. They’re ready to enjoy in about 30 minutes and are a classic dessert treat you can feel good about eating!

As a child, my mother made these for us; they hold a very special memory for me.  She always gave her cooking a special touch, drizzled with love. ..making it one of my favorites.


  •  2 cups organic gluten-free quick rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup organic maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup organic raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic vanilla bean powder


Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Set aside.

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Take a spoonful out at a time and drop it onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  3. Transfer the cookie sheet to the freezer for approximately 30-60 minutes, or until the cookies are firm.
  4. Store in an air-tight, BPA-free, container in the freezer or refrigerator until ready to serve because they will get soft and lose their shape if left out at room temperature.
